INFINMENT provided successful support in the form of mezzanine financing to a leading electromobility group. This involved structuring the inclusion of a mezzanine tranche in a strong growth scenario (CAGR >35%) without collateral security and to place it with investors from the INFINMENT network.
Following the preparation of a transaction plan and all of the necessary documents, as well as bringing together all of the transaction partners, the financial transaction was successfully supported and executed. The placement was achieved within a few weeks and the transaction was completed successfully.

The capital volume raised came to EUR 5 million.
